Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and React.
- Lead the architectural design of microservices and ensure system reliability through rigorous testing and deployment strategies.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to handle millions of daily transactions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Node.js and experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
