Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance across the organization.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap and architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Python, Java, Go, or C++.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
