Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA) to define and implement new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including planning, design, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript with experience in frameworks such as Spring Boot, React, or Node.js.
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
