Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
- System Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring our applications run smoothly at scale.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and deliver top-tier user experiences.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct and participate in rigorous code reviews.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
- Security: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or Python.
- Cloud & DevOps: Strong experience with AWS or Azure, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for learning new technologies.
