Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of high-scale web applications and microservices using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and architectural patterns. Conduct rigorous code reviews.
- System Architecture: Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize database queries, API responses, and frontend rendering for maximum speed.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- DevOps: Participate in CI/CD pipeline improvements, containerization strategies (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go. Experience with React or Node.js is mandatory.
- Database: Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
- Cloud: Proven experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, Jenkins, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
