Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go and Node.js
- Lead cloud infrastructure optimization on AWS with Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Architect real-time data pipelines with Kafka and Redis
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements for 99.99% uptime
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical publications
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- Strong proficiency in Go, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
- Active GitHub/GitLab profile with significant contributions
