Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead cloud architecture projects on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Contribute to technical documentation and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
- Strong AWS certification (AWS Solutions Architect preferred)
- Proficiency with Git, Jenkins, and Kubernetes
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills in distributed systems
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
