Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software systems using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define and implement technical requirements.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing code reviews, technical guidance, and career development.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, ensuring code quality and best practices are maintained.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Drive architectural decisions and contribute to the technology stack strategy.
Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
