Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance microservices using cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural planning sessions
- Lead full-stack development of scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and Python
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for automated deployments
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and security through rigorous testing and monitoring

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expert proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript)
- Proven track record architecting cloud-native solutions on AWS or Azure
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, REST APIs, and microservices patterns
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
