Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and drive the technical vision.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to foster team growth.
- Participate in architectural discussions, system design, and technical decision-making processes.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development pipelines and CI/CD processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on back-end or full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, Go, or C#.
- Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
