Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track progress against strategic goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations
- Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Present insights to leadership through clear, compelling visualizations
- Maintain data quality standards and implement validation protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
