Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software systems using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure high application performance and responsiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Deployment: Participate in the CI/CD pipeline, automated testing, and deployment processes to ensure smooth releases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Core Languages: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java.
- Frameworks: Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular, and back-end frameworks like Node.js or Spring Boot.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
