Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to define API specifications and system requirements
- Conduct performance testing and implement security best practices
- Drive innovation through hackathons and internal R&D projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Strong proficiency in at least one JVM language (Java/Kotlin) and Python
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready applications
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
