Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead the technical design and implementation of new features, ensuring best practices for security, performance, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning sessions to drive engineering excellence.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance to meet business goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions on time.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical growth within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in React, Angular, or Vue for front-end integration.
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
