Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of complex software applications, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions to technical challenges.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize application speed and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go. Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) is a plus.
- Database: Strong experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Cloud: Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Tools: Proficient with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
