Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of cloud-native microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Architect scalable data pipelines processing 10M+ daily events with AWS and Kafka
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Optimize system performance reducing latency by 40%+ via profiling and refactoring
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent TechNova at tech conferences
- Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Jenkins, and Spinnaker
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development with Go/Java/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to deployment
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, gRPC, and message queue technologies
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with focus on scalability and reliability
- Portfolio demonstrating contributions to open-source or large-scale systems
