Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions
- Contribute to security-first development practices and compliance initiatives
- Drive cloud-native deployments on AWS with Terraform and CloudFormation
- Analyze complex system requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go or Java
- Expertise in distributed systems, REST APIs, and database optimization
- Strong AWS/Azure certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven track record in shipping enterprise-grade fintech applications
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
