Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies (C#, .NET, React).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks, optimize database queries, and enhance application performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and QA engineers to deliver features on time.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, React, JavaScript (ES6+), and SQL Server.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Methodology: Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control (Git).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
