Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern architectures.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural planning, and technical decision-making processes.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, bottlenecks, and performance bottlenecks in existing systems.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our software infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
