Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- Collaborate with cross-functional product managers, designers, and engineering teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews to provide constructive feedback and maintain high engineering standards.
- Conduct technical research to evaluate emerging technologies and tools relevant to the business.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and ORM tools (e.g., Hibernate, Entity Framework).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
