Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software systems using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Optimization: Identify and implement performance improvements to ensure application reliability and speed.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality standards and mentor junior team members.
- Deployment: Participate in CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes to production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a relevant field.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Java, Python, or Node.js. Experience with React or Angular is a plus.
- Databases: Strong understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Cassandra).
- Cloud: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
