Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable software applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- System Optimization: Analyze system performance bottlenecks and implement efficient solutions to enhance application speed and reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and QA teams to define features and deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to enforce engineering standards.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues across the full stack and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal downtime.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions that align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Vue.js), Python, or Java; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Database Management: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and optimization.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement robust solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
