Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of scalable cloud-native applications using Java, Python, and microservices architecture
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical documentation, and pair programming sessions
- Optimize system performance through continuous profiling, monitoring, and iterative improvements
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Qualifications
