Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards (e.g., Clean Code, SOLID principles).
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsive user interfaces.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and architectural bottlenecks to ensure system longevity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python/Django, or Spring Boot).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
