Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead architecture decisions for cloud-native applications on AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and Redis clusters
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with Go/Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and container orchestration
- Strong background in microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Proven experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to optimize complex systems
