Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend services and microservices using modern languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in production environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Drive technical decisions and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a top-tier tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
