Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale web applications using modern frameworks.
- Lead the architecture of microservices and ensure system scalability and reliability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize database queries.
- Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or Python.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies.
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
