Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to handle enterprise-grade traffic loads.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a fintech or high-growth startup environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Go.
- Experience with React or Angular for front-end development.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud services and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
