Your Mission
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be the technical driver behind our flagship products. You will translate complex business requirements into robust, efficient, and maintainable code. We are looking for someone who takes pride in clean architecture and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead architectural discussions and provide technical mentorship to junior developers and mid-level engineers.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to code review and deployment.
- Optimize application performance and ensure code scalability to handle high-traffic loads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
