Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize product performance and user engagement
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection infrastructure and quality
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and clear documentation
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and business outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong statistical modeling skills and experience with Python/R
- Proven track record translating data into business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
