Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code through rigorous code reviews and comprehensive unit testing.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks in our existing infrastructure.
- Participate actively in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
- Contribute to technical documentation and mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in at least one major language (Python, Java, Go, or C++).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
