Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Python and cloud-native architectures
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps practices for AWS/GCP environments
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement performance optimizations and security best practices

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade software
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
