Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead the design of system architecture and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebases to ensure high performance, security, and reliability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and implement best practices for software development.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and technical debt efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Deep understanding of databases (SQL like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
