Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to define product requirements and deliver features.
- Technical Leadership: Lead code reviews, conduct technical design discussions, and mentor junior developers.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability.
- Optimization: Continuously improve application performance, security, and user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript for front-end integration.
- Cloud: Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
