Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java/Python and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Lead code reviews and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology stack evolution
- Implement security best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in at least one modern backend language (Java, Python, Go)
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proven experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL solutions
