Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Go and Python
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation with Jenkins and Terraform
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into scalable architecture
- Implement security best practices across all development stages
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Go/Python/Java)
- Proven track record with cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Strong background in database optimization (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Demonstrable leadership in agile environments
- Contributions to public GitHub repositories required
