Responsibilities
- System Design: Lead the architecture and design of scalable, high-performance software systems using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews for the team.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and architect efficient solutions to improve performance and reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver features on time.
- Deployment: Oversee CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes to production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or Go.
- Frameworks: Experience with React, Node.js, or Angular is highly desirable.
- Cloud & DevOps: Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
