Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
- Drive the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from conception to deployment, ensuring best practices in coding and testing.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain high code quality and standard.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for business challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Services.
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
