Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- API Development: Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices that power our core applications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance application speed and reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth and culture.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system stability and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Programming: Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#. Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
