Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software code using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define features and user stories.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices, security, and scalability.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of system architecture, including equity and payroll integration features.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Knowledge of financial software development and equity option workflows is a plus.
