Core Responsibilities:

- Design and implement low-latency trading algorithms and infrastructure for equity options markets.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers to translate mathematical models into production-ready code.
- Maintain and optimize core systems to ensure millisecond-level performance and stability.
- Debug complex, distributed systems and troubleshoot high-load scenarios in real-time.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Implement robust risk management and monitoring tools to safeguard assets.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in fintech or high-frequency trading.
- Proficiency in C++, Java, or Rust with a deep understanding of memory management and concurrency.
- Experience with Linux environments, networking protocols (TCP/IP), and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with distributed databases.
- Familiarity with financial markets, specifically equity options, is a significant plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
