Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow Engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Optimization: Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance and user experience.
- Agile Execution: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive agile development methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Technologies: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required.
- Databases: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and version control (Git).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software.
