Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Review: Lead code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to coding standards across the team.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement efficient solutions to improve performance and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage cloud resources (AWS/Azure) and ensure high availability and disaster recovery protocols.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Language: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with React, Node.js, or Spring Boot.
- Database: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
