Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing codebases and optimize performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Testing: Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and concise technical documentation for all systems and APIs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Language: Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with React, Node.js, or Spring Boot.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an agile environment.
