Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, robust software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and solve complex technical challenges.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
