Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Go and Python
- Optimize AWS infrastructure for 99.99% uptime and auto-scaling
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Terraform and Jenkins
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Conduct code reviews and enforce security best practices
- Debug production issues using distributed tracing tools
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with concurrent programming
- Strong AWS/Azure/GCP certification (AWS Solutions Architect preferred)
- Proven track record with container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS)
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (pytest, Jest) and TDD methodologies
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
