Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis of complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical tools
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards/reports in Tableau and Power BI
- Identify trends and anomalies to inform strategic business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Implement data validation protocols and ensure data integrity
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Optimize ETL processes for large-scale data pipelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with hypothesis testing experience
- Proven ability to work independently in remote settings
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working night shift hours (8 PM - 4 AM PST)
