Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver solutions.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure product stability and performance.
- Agile Methodology: Participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to the engineering culture.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with React, Node.js, or Spring Boot.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
