Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead API development with gRPC and RESTful standards for enterprise clients
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Terraform and Jenkins
- Conduct system architecture reviews and performance tuning
- Partner with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go/Java/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems, event sourcing, and caching strategies
- Proven track record with cloud-native deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of database systems (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis)
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design interview readiness
