Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go/Python/Java
- Expertise in container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures
- Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
- Proven track record of shipping production systems at scale
- Experience with event-driven microservices and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Proficient in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
